Context

Unauthorized drones pose an evolving threat, and there is a need for solutions capable of detecting and neutralizing a broad range of evolving UAS threats, including but not limited to fibre-optic, cellular, satellite-navigation-based, frequency-hopping, non-ISM (Industrial, Scientific, and Medical) radio band, swarm, and FPV (First-Person View) drones.

What We Are Looking For
  • Innovative solutions that are cost‑effective, user-friendly, manpower‑efficient, and require minimal training.
Key Metrics
  • Performance effectiveness in detecting or neutralising threats.
  • Cost parity / effectiveness.
  • Ease of operation.
  • Manning / manpower efficiency.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing threats.
Your Technology Solution Should Demonstrate
  • Ability to detect and/or neutralize drone threats preferably at scale.
What A Trial Looks Like
  • Trials may be conducted within potential deployment site (where suitable) and the solution’s operational and technical capabilities will be benchmarked against the key metrices mentioned above.
  • Coordination with the appointed vendors will be required to conduct the trial and for support of any necessary ground services.
What We Are Not Looking For
  • Traditional high-cost systems.
  • Academic concepts without demonstrated evidence.
Follow-on Implementation Cost
  • All necessary cost if necessary to facilitate deployment.

The application phase will start on 19th May 2026 (GMT+8) and end on 24th June 2026, 13:00 hrs (GMT+8).
