Panasonic envisions a world where people are enabled to seamlessly cook and monitor food to maximise flavour based on personal preferences. To achieve this, Panasonic is looking to collaborate with tech startups and researchers with innovative technologies that are able to detect the internal conditions of food ingredients that are non-contact and non-invasive. Preferably, the technology is a sensor and/or algorithm that can provide real-time sensing. Panasonic is open to all types of non-invasive sensors that are able to detect internal conditions, even if it is not used in the food industry traditionally.
