How might we allow members to read, comprehend and act upon the information in an easy, effective and empathetic way?

What We Are Looking For

A prototype solution designed with human-centered experience, to improve engagement and effectiveness in communication among the members, such that they can conveniently access the information based on their needs (e.g. language preference), independently comprehend it (i.e. overcome the technical contents of the messages), and promptly follow-up when necessary.

The solution could ensure some form of human touch being put in place for the older group of members, while motivating all members to self-help through various digital means. The overall process should continue to engage members while remain secure (e.g. members still need to provide their authentication before being able to access confidential CPF information).

The prototype can be implemented in either the digital or physical space (e.g. AXS machines, community centres, CPF website), or even both. With the prototype, members should become more independent and have lesser reliance on CPFB staff for assistance, yet still keep the ‘human-touch’ and be as close as possible to the experience that these elderly members are used to (e.g. having to head down to the service centre).
